A4. The lounge is used daily for various activities and events, and is viewed as an asset to HVMI members in obtaining renters and improving slip value for sales purposes.

A8. Please see the Harbour Master to reserve and sign release forms. A member can use the lounge for family events (or any event) for no cost, but must pay a $500 refundable deposit. For non-family events, or exclusive use - pay a $250 usage fee, and a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit is refundable if the lounge is left clean and undamaged. Reservations for any use of the lounge must be made prior to the event.
