About Harbour Village Marina

Harbour Village Marina is a private, member-owned marina located in Hampstead, NC. With 200 slips ranging from 25’ to 60’, our community is designed for boaters who value privacy, convenience, and a quiet place to dock. Unlike busier marinas lined with shops and restaurants, Harbour Village offers a low-key atmosphere where you can relax, fuel up, and enjoy the calm waters of the North Carolina coast.

Whether you’re a year-round slip holder or a transient guest passing through, our focus is on providing a safe, welcoming, and peaceful environment.

Brett Ulisnik serves as the Harbour Master at Harbour Village Marina. He oversees daily operations, assists with transient docking, and ensures the marina continues to run smoothly for both slip holders and visitors. With years of experience and a hands-on approach, Brett is the friendly point of contact for all marina needs. Brett will be happy to help you with any questions, concerns or problems you may have.
